Welcome to Hampshire Girls Youth Football League.

Please complete this form if your club is interested in joining our league.

Please note that applying as a new Club to our League you will be charged a deposit of £50 in addition to any Club Registration fees.

Please do not use this form if you are already a member of our league - we will be in touch to discuss your registration requirements.

Please note, applications should only be completed by Club Officers (Secretary, Chairman, Welfare Officer or Treasurer). Applications direct from Teams will not be accepted.
